We take pride in making sure every book and product is carefully prepared, beautifully packaged, and sent with love. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
During new releases, preorders, signed-book drops, special promotions, Black Friday, holidays, or other high-volume periods, please allow up to 21 days for order processing and fulfillment.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order size, and selected delivery method.
Estimated U.S. transit times after your order has been processed:
- Standard Shipping: Approximately 5–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: Approximately 2–3 business days
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
Preorders, Signed Copies & Combined Orders
Orders containing preorder items or signed books will ship once all items in the order are ready to ship.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order will be held until the preorder item becomes available.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please place them in a separate order.
Tracking & Delivery
Once tracking information has been provided, please allow time for the carrier's system to update.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed or redirected.
Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pinkflamepublishing@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your mailroom or parcel locker, and the shipping carrier first.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next steps.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of books, signed merchandise, and personalized items, all sales are final.
However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
