Thank you for shopping with Shani Denise — home of soulful, steamy, poetic romance. We take pride in making sure every book and product arrives safely, beautifully packaged, and full of love.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped, including a tracking number if applicable.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as new book releases, preorders, or holiday sales (like Black Friday), processing times may extend by a few days.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times (U.S. orders):

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after processing

• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

International Shipping:
Currently, we ship to select international locations. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.

💌 Preorders & Signed Copies

Orders containing preordered or signed books will ship once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

🌸 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pinkflamepublishing@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll do our best to make it right.

🖤 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of books and personalized items, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
