Welcome to Shani Denise, operated by Pink Flame Publishing. Throughout these Terms, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Shani Denise and Pink Flame Publishing.

We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, payment problems, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please carefully review your order, including your items and shipping address, before submitting it.

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.

Purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

All sales are final, except for approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items or where otherwise required by applicable law.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, customs duties, import fees, or other charges.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable purchase amount, shipping charges, taxes, and other disclosed fees.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Our standard processing time is generally 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During preorders, new releases, signed-book drops, promotions, holidays, Black Friday, or other high-volume periods, processing and fulfillment may take up to 21 days.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, severe weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer and the customer requests reshipment.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because of change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other personal reasons.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect item, you must contact us at info@shanidenise.com within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.

You may be required to provide your order number, photographs of the item, photographs of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

If a physical return is approved, the customer is responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping label and return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Signed or personalized books, custom products, digital products, eBooks, downloadable content, gift cards, and sale or clearance merchandise are final sale except where otherwise required by law or where an item qualifies under our damaged, defective, or incorrect-item policy.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, content made available through our Services—including text, graphics, photographs, book-related promotional materials, logos, designs, videos, audio, branding, website elements, and other original content—is owned by or licensed to Shani Denise/Pink Flame Publishing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, publicly display, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

The names, logos, designs, slogans, and other brand identifiers associated with Shani Denise and Pink Flame Publishing may not be used without authorization.

Shani Denise is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to provide the Services.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Shani Denise/Pink Flame Publishing.

Shopify is not the seller of the books or merchandise offered by our store and is not responsible for our fulfillment of your order, subject to Shopify's own applicable terms and legal obligations.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be collected and processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related Services.

If an order is canceled after payment because of an error on our part, the applicable payment will be refunded.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR OTHER CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
